Hey! I’m Kelsey. When I started the BBG program, I thought it would be a 12-week express ticket to get my body back. Little did I know it would change my life for the better- in every aspect.

Though I was always an active person, cooking a tiny human was a lot harder than I expected and I was not active AT ALL during pregnancy. I gained over 55 lbs, and after I had my babe I didn’t recognize my body. And with all the new mommy highs came some serious post-partum lows (hello anxiety).

I began the first BBG guide about 2 months post-partum. Annnnd then I quit about 2 months and 2 days post partum. It was so freaking hard! I could barely get through the circuits and had to modify most all the exercises. I started and stopped a few times, but eventually decided I was doing this NO. MATTER. WHAT.

Well here I am 60 weeks of BBG later, so much stronger, fitter, and healthier than I ever was before. But my transformation is so much more than that. To me, these photos are a physical representation of how I have grown in the ways that matter even more. How daily exercise was the tool I needed to overcome my anxiety, freeing me from fear and allowing me to be a better wife and mom. How the painful process of making healthier food choices has led me to have a clean diet that I actually enjoy. How I have learned to set goals and WORK for them, because even when you fall short you are still improving. How doing away with negative self-talk has in turn done away with jealousy and comparison, liberating me to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin. I honestly cannot thank Kayla enough for creating the BBG program and leading me to find a true passion for fitness.

I created this space to share with other women the things I wished I had someone telling me along my way. A place to be 100%, authentically, myself. A place to be a friend, and make sure everyone knows they aren’t in this alone! A place to keep myself motivated, and help motivate all my sisters around the world who are working towards a healthier life. A space you can turn to for inspiration and creativity, but most importantly for support and encouragement. A place to share with you my experiences, passions, embarrassing stories, fave products, healthy recipes, food diaries, workout tips, and all things fitness. A place for my sweat life.
