WHAT IS BBG?

BBG stands for Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide, and is basically the greatest workout program ever created. A week of the BBG program typically consists of three resistance training sessions and three cardio sessions. The workouts are only 28 minutes and are totally do-able from home! HOW TALL ARE YOU?

I am 5 foot, 6 and ¾ inches. Soooo I typically round up to 5’7”.


WHAT IS YOUR DIET LIKE? ARE YOU VEGETARIAN?

Clean! I eat clean and allow myself one “cheat meal” each week where I eat WHATEVER I want. I am not vegan or vegetarian, although most days I eat like I am- I don’t particularly enjoy meat so I don’t eat a lot of it. When I do it’s usually grilled chicken or steak.


DO YOU EAT CARBS?

YES. Erryday son. Oatmeal, quinoa, and whole-grain toast are my faves.


DO YOU LIFT WEIGHTS?

Nope. I use weights in the BBG circuits when it is recommended, but do not do any additional weight training. Not that you should or shouldn’t- I just have never tried it so far.


WHAT DO YOU DO FOR WORK?

I am an Interior Designer. I own my own consulting firm- The Wells Collection.
